Customer Rating: Summary: great for a beginner Comment: Bought for my 10 year old - who had been playing on an acoustic - this being his first electric - it's perfect - he can get more expensive ones as he gets older if he sticks with it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good Guitar. Period. Comment: I receieved my guitar in the mail early and upon opening the package, I got a better guitar than I expected, especially for the price.
I paid 90 bucks for this guitar, and I feel that it didn't even cost half of what it should have. I would have paid twice that amount just for the guitar by itself.
I strongly recommend this guitar to anyone starting out, and as a gift for someone else.
Customer Rating: Summary: very good Comment: i bought this electric guitar for my dougter, and she recibed very fast
the product is very good so my dougter is very happy and im too.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fantasic Deal Comment: My son loves this guitar and amp. He has practiced for hours and it is the only thing that has ever distracted him from his interest in computer games. This is his first musical instrument and he has taught himself how to play via internet tutorials. It is a great value for the money. The only negative was that the cord from the amp to the guitar broke after a month, but we can replace it pretty inexpensively. We're all very happy with the guitar and the amp sounds great too. Great deal!
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Starter Guitar! Comment: I picked up this guiatar because I was interested in playing electric as well as acoustic.
First of all the guitar has a nice weight and comes with everything you need to get started. If you don't know how to tune a guitar I suggest you buy an electric tuner or search for the best method online of tuning.
The guitar has a good sound to it and plays well right out of the box through the amp. The strings feel a bit cheap, but if you can get a good cheap pair then that would work well.
Overall for the money this is good. Especially if you are buying it for a kid who wants it, but may out grow his desire to play. Guitars are expensive in the long run and a good one will set you back 500 - 1600 bucks. I'd get this and see if you are still interested in it after a set period of time.
